Learn The Drills & Techniques That Will Translate To You Being More Successful Faster! Realize The Untapped Potential From Using A Training Dummy!
So Who Is Chasen Hill?
Chasen Hill probably has a lot more in common with you than he has with athletic freaks that you picture winning the Jiu-Jitsu World Championships. He is friendly to everyone, he silly when training, and he is really into helping his students be as successful as possible.
When he gets to the gym he isn't very good at doing the most advance moves. He can't really do cartwheels and if you saw him in person you wouldn't say "wow, I bet that guy is a killer!" But when it comes to training and understanding the details, everything is done with a purpose. Chasen was born with clubbed feet, forcing him to study and master all the details and fundamentals due to limitations outside of his control
With over 14 years of teaching and training experience, Chasen has been able to convey game changing information to thousands of students online and in person.
The Grappling Smarty 2.0 stands out as the featured dummy in this series, offering advanced features that enhance training sessions.
However, any grappling dummy with movable arms and legs can be effective for practice. Among various grappling dummies, the Grappling Smarty shines as a top choice for many practitioners, including myself. Its durability and lifelike feel make it stand out as the best grappling dummy I have ever used.
The realistic feedback it provides enhances training sessions and helps improve grappling techniques effectively.
How To Do The Headlock Roll To Escape The Bottom of Side Mount
Step 1
Turn on your side and grab the far lat area. Make sure to have a good connection keeping down ward pressure on the head.
Step 2
Align your bod as parallel as possible. Placing you almost in a bottom north south position
Step 3
Step over their head to reverse the position putting you on top. If the dummy rolled over your face, something isn't correct.
